PayFeedback
PayFeedback unifies banking and payroll. It takes data from the HR module and verifies salaries against employee performance data and satisfaction scores to ensure fair, optimized compensation.

CHALLENGE
The biggest challenge here was to provide comprehensive data, with a confidence. Salary is a quite tricky topic, and sometimes not everything is surfaced in the surveys or in Feedback 360. I wanted to keep human in the loop to be able to provide valuable context.
MY ROLE
This is a "sister-project" of TeamFeedback, and just like there my role was to act as Cheif Product Officer. I was responsible for planning, developing and integrating this app with the original platform.
FINANCE VS HR APPROACH
HR prioritizes retention and sentiment, needing visual, people-centric UI (like color-coded happiness scores). Finance focuses on budgets and burn rate, requiring dense, precise data tables. PayFeedback's UI bridges this, displaying human insights alongside financial metrics.

Main Dashboard focuses mostly on overview and Account Payables

Finances UI allows user to understand the transactions. It puts huge focus on Spend Management.

In small startups HR teams are also for vendor payments and Account Payables. This system allows to do it.
Payment approvals are designed as tasks, with possiblity to drag and drop.

Payroll is the most important expense in tech companies. Here it can be planned ahead and automated.

Key unique feature is PayFeedback. It allows HR teams to understand how happy people are with their salary.
It also allows to identify Retention risks, before it happens.
